Your satisfaction is our primary concern, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the delivered product, please contact us immediately.
Products purchased can be returned for credit or exchanged within 10 days from the date it was delivered where:
l The product is returned in original condition and packing
l Products that have been customised with printing cannot be returned.
l Products must repackaged in their original box
l Products must be shipped prepaid as we cannot accept COD deliveries.
l We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
l Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless items arrived damaged and is reported to customer service on day of delivery.
l All items must be in saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Used or items not reported as damaged upon receipt will not be accepted for credit.
